Learn to play drums! I offer private drum lessons for all levels of skill and ages. My studio is located in Hamden, Connecticut. As a drum teacher, my goal is to inspire you and add value to your practice time by watching and listening with a positive and critical ear and eye. On my website, I will share with you ideas that have helped me grow as a drummer:

• Learn about the martial arts and yoga it will help to make you a better drummer.
• Develop proper posture at the drum-set; strengthen your core, relax your body, this will focus your mind and your natural dynamic will develop and you will focus your energy better.

For me, drumming rhythmically combines math and art; the discovery is life long.  Relate these issues to balance in sound in your playing and your ability to control all four limbs - to develop coordinated independence - be musical - these are the main goals - and in time...
